Using Decion
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and keys secure, and use Decion only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account, organization, API keys, MCP keys, and connected systems.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data, content, tool inputs, decisions, knowledge sources, email data, work items, memory and session data, and other materials you submit to Decion.
You grant Decion Labs the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, index, embed, and use Customer Data to provide, secure, support, and improve Decion.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit Customer Data to Decion.
AI And Decision Outputs
Decion provides decision support, workflow, memory, retrieval, email, and agent-control capabilities using submitted data, retrieval, embeddings, ranking logic, and connected service providers. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them. Decion is not legal, financial, medical, compliance, or other professional advice.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Decion, interfere with the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, probe or attack systems, submit malware, scrape or exfiltrate data without authorization, or use Decion to violate law or third-party rights.
You may not use Decion to build or operate systems intended to cause harm, conduct unauthorized surveillance, generate deceptive content, or make high-risk decisions without appropriate human review and safeguards.
Billing
Paid plans, usage limits, renewals, cancellations, and taxes are handled through Decion or its payment processor. Plan details are shown at checkout or on Decion pricing pages, and plan features and limits may change over time.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Early Access And Changes
Some Decion features may be in preview, beta, or early access. These features may change, break, or be discontinued.
We may update Decion, add or remove features, change limits, or suspend access when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation.
Intellectual Property
Decion Labs owns Decion, including the software, product design, documentation, APIs, workflows, trademarks, and related technology. These Terms do not transfer Decion Labs intellectual property to you.
Feedback you provide may be used by Decion Labs without restriction or obligation.
Disclaimers And Limits
Decion is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decion Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
You may stop using Decion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or operational risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or if continued access would violate law.
